This application is for divers and ROV personnel who wish to be considered for employment at Seattle Diving Company. It helps us to determine which projects you can be deployed to.

BEFORE YOU FILL THE APPLICATION OUT, understand that Seattle Diving Company requires the following:

- Pre-hire test for illegal drug use
- Background check
- On-going participation in a random illegal drug testing program
- Verified documentation of training and certification

We may request copies of your certifications and logs after reviewing your application.
